More Details on Our Top Picks
1000 Sheets White Tissue Paper Bulk, 15×20 for Gift Bags
This large pack of 1000 sheets stands out for its affordability and adaptability. Compared with the smaller, more decorative options like the Woric Sage Green Tissue Paper, it offers a higher quantity at a lower per-sheet cost, making it ideal for frequent use or small business needs. Its soft, durable, and reusable nature ensures it can handle multiple purposes—from gift wrapping to crafts—without sacrificing quality. However, its limited color options mean it’s less suited for projects requiring specific hues. The need to cut sheets to size can be a slight inconvenience for precise wrapping, but the overall value outweighs this for those seeking bulk, reliable white tissue paper.
Pros:- Large quantity suitable for multiple projects
- Soft, durable, and reusable material
- Affordable bulk pack for frequent use
- Ideal for both gift wrapping and crafts
Cons:- Limited to white color, reducing decorative options
- Requires cutting to fit specific sizes
Best for: Small business owners or event planners needing a high-volume, versatile white tissue paper for gift packaging or crafts.
Not ideal for: Buyers requiring a variety of colors or specific decorative textures, since this pack only offers plain white sheets.
- Quantity:1000 sheets
- Size:15 x 20 inches
- Material:Tissue paper
- Brand:Simetufy
- Recommended Uses:Gift wrapping, packaging, decorating, crafts
- Warranty:1 year
Our verdict“This pack makes the most sense for users prioritizing quantity and cost-efficiency over color variety or decorative features.”
NEBURORA 120 Sheets Kraft Tissue Paper 14 x 20 Inches Brown Wrapping Tissue Paper Bulk
Compared to the TUXIYA 200 PCS White Tissue Paper, this kraft option offers a natural, earthy look ideal for rustic or eco-conscious presentations. Its 120 sheets provide ample quantity for multiple projects, and its lightweight, foldable nature makes shaping and cutting straightforward. The kraft color lends a versatile, neutral aesthetic for various occasions, but unlike the Woric Sage Green Tissue Paper, it limits color choice, which might restrict decorative options. No specific details on durability or reusability are provided, so it’s better suited for single-use or short-term projects. This set is a solid choice for those prioritizing natural aesthetics and eco-friendliness over vibrant color options.
Pros:- Large quantity for multiple projects
- Versatile for wrapping and crafts
- Easy to shape, fold, and cut
- Eco-friendly, FSC-certified material
Cons:- Limited color options reduces decorative flexibility
- Lack of specific durability or reusability info
Best for: Eco-minded crafters or small retailers seeking natural gift wrap with a rustic look.
Not ideal for: Buyers needing bright, colorful tissue paper that stands out for festive or holiday decor, since only brown is available.
- Quantity:120 sheets
- Size:14 x 20 inches
- Material:Kraft paper
- Recommended Uses:Gift wrapping, craft projects, party decorations
Our verdict“This kraft tissue paper is best suited for users who value eco-friendliness and a natural aesthetic over color variety.”
100 Sheets Kraft Tissue Paper, 14 x 20 Inches, Bulk for Weddings, Birthday, DIY Projects, Christmas
Compared with the NEBURORA Kraft Tissue Paper, this Artdly pack offers a slightly smaller quantity but emphasizes a softer surface and a more elegant kraft hue, making it well-suited for special occasions. Its 100 sheets, while fewer, are enough for detailed wrapping or decorations. The soft, smooth surface enhances ease of handling and presentation, but the limited color palette and size might restrict its use for larger gift packages or vibrant themes. It’s a good fit for those seeking a refined, understated look for weddings or birthdays, though the smaller quantity could be a drawback for frequent or large-scale projects.
Pros:- Elegant kraft color enhances presentation
- Soft, smooth surface for easy handling
- Suitable for multiple small projects
- Versatile for various themed events
Cons:- Limited to 100 sheets, less ideal for large projects
- Size may not fit all gift wrapping needs
- Limited color choices
Best for: Event decorators or DIY enthusiasts focusing on elegant, themed occasion setups.
Not ideal for: Buyers needing bulk quantities for commercial use or colorful, festive decoration projects, as this set is more refined and limited in size.
- Quantity:100 sheets
- Size:14 x 20 inches
- Material:Kraft tissue paper
- Brand:Artdly
Our verdict“This option is best for those prioritizing elegance and refinement over quantity or variety.”
TUXIYA 200 PCS White Tissue Paper Bulk, 14″x20″ for Gift Bags
Compared to the 1000 Sheets White Tissue Paper, this TUXIYA pack offers a smaller but high-quality alternative with a focus on premium material. Made from acid-free virgin wood pulp, it provides a sturdy, soft, and elegant white surface suitable for delicate or high-end gift wrapping. Its 200 sheets balance quantity and quality, making it ideal for those who want durable, premium tissue without bulk bulk. The single-color white makes it less decorative than multi-colored or patterned options like the Woric Sage Green Tissue Paper, but it excels in providing a clean, professional look for special occasions. The limited color choice and no additional features mean it’s better suited for refined presentations rather than decorative variations.
Pros:- High-quality, acid-free, and durable material
- Soft, sturdy, and versatile for various uses
- Suitable for premium gift wrapping and decorations
- Provides a clean, elegant appearance
Cons:- Limited quantity compared to larger bulk packs
- Only available in white, restricting decorative options
- Higher price per sheet for smaller quantity
Best for: Professional gift wrappers or premium event decorators seeking high-quality, durable tissue paper.
Not ideal for: Cost-conscious buyers or those who need a variety of colors, as this pack only offers white and fewer sheets than larger bulk options.
- Size:14 x 20 inches
- Quantity:200 sheets
- Material:Virgin wood pulp
- Color:White
- Recommended Uses:Gift wrapping, delicate crafts, high-end decorations
Our verdict“This tissue paper is best for those who prioritize quality and elegance over quantity and color variety.”
Woric 120 Sheets Sage Green Tissue Paper for Gift Bags 20 x 14 Inch
Compared with the NEBURORA Kraft Tissue Paper, the Woric Sage Green set adds a splash of color and a thicker 17gsm material that resists tearing, making it more durable for handling and decorations. Its larger 20 x 14-inch sheets are ideal for bigger packages or creative crafts. The eco-friendly, FSC-certified paper appeals to environmentally conscious buyers, while the green hue makes it suitable for birthdays, weddings, and holiday themes. However, the color is limited to sage green, which might not suit all decorative needs. The slightly thicker paper offers better durability but may require more effort to fold or shape for intricate designs.
Pros:- Durable, thick tissue paper resists tearing
- Vibrant, versatile green color suitable for many occasions
- Eco-friendly FSC-certified material
- Large sheets for bigger projects
Cons:- Limited color options to sage green
- Size may require trimming for smaller gifts
- Color appearance may vary slightly due to lighting
Best for: Eco-friendly event planners or gift givers seeking durable, colorful tissue for various occasions.
Not ideal for: Users who need a wide range of colors or larger sheets for bigger gifts, as only sage green and 20 x 14 inches are available.
- Quantity:120 sheets
- Size:20 x 14 inches
- Color:Sage Green
- Material:FSC-certified paper
- Weight:17gsm
Our verdict“This tissue paper is ideal for eco-conscious buyers wanting durable, colorful wrapping for festive occasions.”
Party Solids White Tissue Paper for Gift Bags 15″ x 20″ – 480 Sheets
This large pack of 480 sheets offers an economical way to stock up on white tissue for multiple uses, from gift wrapping to crafts. Compared with the Jillson Roberts set, it provides a similar quantity but only in white, limiting color options. Its affordability makes it ideal for large events or frequent use, but the tissue’s thinness means it can tear easily, especially when handling larger or heavier items. The 15″ x 20″ size fits most common gift bags, though it may not suit larger or oddly shaped presents. If you need a straightforward, budget-friendly bulk tissue with wide applicability, this is a solid choice. However, for those seeking more color variety or thicker paper, alternatives like Jillson Roberts or Koogel might be better.
Pros:- Large quantity of 480 sheets for a low cost
- Suitable for a wide range of applications including gift wrapping and crafts
- Affordable bulk pack ideal for large events
Cons:- Limited to only white color, restricting decorative options
- Thin tissue may tear easily during handling or wrapping
- Size may not fit all gift bags, especially larger ones
Best for: Event planners or small business owners needing large quantities of basic white tissue for frequent use.
Not ideal for: Users requiring durable, tear-resistant tissue or multiple color options for decorative projects.
- Size:15″ x 20″
- Sheets:480
- Color:White
- Material:Tissue Paper
- Brand:Party Solids
- Item Weight:14.2 g
Our verdict“This bulk pack makes the most sense for budget-conscious buyers who need a high volume of simple white tissue for everyday use.”
BEISHIDA 100 Sheets Sage Green Tissue Paper Bulk, 14 x 20 Inch Gift Wrap for Birthday Wedding Graduation DIY Crafts Holiday Flowers
This set of 100 high-quality sage green sheets offers a durable, tear-resistant option for those seeking a sophisticated touch, especially compared to more basic white options like the Party Solids pack. Its larger 14 x 20-inch size provides flexibility for wrapping bigger gifts or creating elaborate decorations. The paper’s durability makes it a better choice for DIY projects and decorations that require handling or shaping, though it lacks color variety, limiting creative options. Its high-quality construction makes it suitable for special occasions, but the limited color palette means it isn’t ideal for multicolor displays or vibrant themes. If your focus is on elegant, resilient wrapping with a single sophisticated hue, this is a strong contender.
Pros:- High-quality, tear-resistant paper suited for detailed crafts
- Large 14 x 20-inch sheets offer versatility for various gift sizes
- Ideal for special occasions with a refined aesthetic
Cons:- Limited to only sage green, restricting decorative options
- No information on environmental sustainability or eco-friendliness
- No archival or acid-free features for preservation projects
Best for: Crafters and event decorators aiming for elegant, durable presentation in a single color.
Not ideal for: Buyers who want a broad spectrum of colors or require an eco-friendly, biodegradable product.
- Size:14 x 20 inches
- Quantity:100 sheets
- Material:High-quality durable paper
- Recommended Uses:Gift wrapping, DIY crafts, decorations
Our verdict“This pick is best for those seeking durable, elegant gift wrapping in a single, stylish hue for special occasions.”
CHRORINE 50 Sheets Kraft Brown Tissue Paper Multicolor Art Gift Wrapping Paper Bulk for Baby Shower Wedding Birthday DIY and Craft Decor
This set of 50 kraft brown sheets with three shades provides a natural, rustic aesthetic ideal for themed events like weddings, baby showers, or birthdays. Compared to the Koogel brown tissue, it includes three shades for visual variety, making it suitable for layered or multi-tone projects. The sheets are large, easy to cut, and versatile for wrapping, decorating, and crafting. However, the limited quantity and manual measurement of the sheets mean it may not be the best choice for large-scale projects. Slight color variations due to display differences could impact consistency, especially for professional decor. If rustic charm and color variety are priorities, this set delivers, but it may fall short for high-volume needs.
Pros:- Includes three shades for visual diversity
- Large sheets are easy to shape and cut for various uses
- Suitable for gift wrapping and craft projects with rustic appeal
Cons:- Color shades may vary slightly due to display differences
- Limited quantity of only 50 sheets, not ideal for bulk projects
- Manual measurement may lead to slight size discrepancies
Best for: DIY decorators and small event planners focusing on rustic or natural-themed decor.
Not ideal for: Large-scale commercial use or projects requiring high sheet volume and uniform color consistency.
- Color:3 shades of brown
- Material:Paper
- Size:50 x 37 cm / 20 x 14.5 inches
- Sheets:50
Our verdict“This set works well for small, rustic-themed projects but isn’t suited for high-volume or professional use.”
Koogel Brown Tissue Paper 120 Sheets, 20 x 14 inches for Gift Bags & Crafts
Offering 120 sheets of natural kraft brown tissue, this set emphasizes durability and a rustic aesthetic, making it ideal for gift wrapping, DIY crafts, and packaging with a vintage or earthy tone. Compared to the CHRORINE set, Koogel’s sheets are slightly larger and more suited for wrapping medium-sized gifts or creating rustic decorations. Its FSC-certification assures environmentally responsible sourcing, appealing to eco-conscious buyers. The limited color palette of only natural brown reduces decorative flexibility, but for those prioritizing a natural look, the material’s robustness and size make it a practical choice. However, the lack of color variety and glossy finishes means it might not suit high-end or colorful displays.
Pros:- High-quality, durable kraft paper with rustic appeal
- Large sheets suitable for medium gifts or decorative projects
- FSC-certified environmentally responsible material
Cons:- Limited to only natural brown, restricting decorative options
- Not suitable for glossy or high-end wrapping that requires shine
- Color and texture may not match all design themes
Best for: Eco-minded gift wrappers and craft enthusiasts who favor a natural, rustic look.
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking colorful, glossy, or multi-shaded wrapping options for vibrant presentations.
- Quantity:120 sheets
- Size:20 x 14 inches
- Material:FSC-certified kraft paper
- Recommended Uses:Gift wrapping, crafts, packaging
Our verdict“This kraft paper is best for eco-conscious buyers looking for natural, durable wrapping with a vintage touch.”
Jillson Roberts Bulk 480-Sheet Recycled Tissue Paper, 20″ x 30″, Natural, 30 Colors
This pack of 480 sheets provides a vibrant array of 30 colors, making it the most colorful option among the recycled tissue papers here. Compared with the Party Solids pack, which is only white, Jillson Roberts stands out for versatility in decorative and gift presentation. Its larger 20″ x 30″ sheets give more flexibility for wrapping bigger items or creating layered displays. Constructed from recycled materials with at least 10% post-consumer fiber, it appeals to environmentally conscious users. The main tradeoff is that it offers only solid colors, limiting decorative finesse for complex color schemes. For anyone prioritizing eco-friendliness combined with broad color options, this set is a compelling choice.
Pros:- Large quantity of 480 sheets with 30 vibrant colors
- Made from recycled, environmentally friendly materials
- Extra-large sheets for versatile wrapping and decorating
Cons:- Limited to solid colors, no patterns or textures
- Minimum 10% post-consumer fiber may affect sheet thickness
- No detailed info on durability or thickness
Best for: Eco-conscious retailers and decorators seeking vibrant, recyclable tissue for colorful presentations.
Not ideal for: Users who need a mix of textures or glossy finishes, or those requiring more than 10% post-consumer fiber content for archival purposes.
- Sheet Size:20″ x 30″
- Number of Sheets:480
- Material:Recycled tissue
- Color Options:30
- Post-Consumer Fiber Content:Minimum 10%
Our verdict“This set is ideal for eco-friendly packaging that demands a broad spectrum of vibrant colors for lively displays.”
PLULON 60 Sheets Brown Tissue Paper for Gift Bags, Flower Wrapping Paper
This bulk pack of 60 sheets of brown tissue paper offers large, multi-purpose sheets suitable for gift wrapping and decorative projects. Compared to the 100-sheet white option by Artdly, these sheets are larger but arrive folded, which can create creases that impact presentation. While the color variety is limited, the size and bulk quantity make this a practical choice for those needing a budget-friendly, flexible material for DIY projects or decorations. The creases from folding are a tradeoff for the higher sheet size and affordability, making this less ideal for projects demanding crisp, pristine finishes.
Pros:- Large sheets accommodate various gift sizes
- Bulk pack offers good value for multiple uses
- Versatile for wrapping, decorating, and arts projects
Cons:- Arrives folded, which may cause creases
- Limited color options—only brown
Best for: Crafters and event decorators who need large sheets for wrapping and decoration on a budget
Not ideal for: Professionals requiring perfectly flat wrapping material for high-end gift presentation
- Number of Sheets:60
- Colors:3
- Sheet Size:50cm x 35cm (20 x 14 inches)
- Recommended Uses:gift wrapping, party decorations, arts and crafts
Our verdict“Best suited for DIY enthusiasts and event decorators who prioritize size and value over pristine presentation.”

Unlike the PLULON brown sheets, this option provides a classic, elegant look with its pure white color, making it perfect for weddings or upscale events. The recyclable material adds eco-friendliness, but the limited color choice could be a drawback for those needing more variety. With 1,000 sheets of white tissue paper, this bulk pack from Simetufy is designed for high-volume use, such as retail gift wrapping or storage. The larger size (20 x 30 inches) makes it versatile for wrapping larger items or creating layered displays. Compared to the smaller Artdly pack, it provides significantly more material, but this comes with the drawback of excess for small projects and less portability. The tissue is soft, acid-free, and reusable, offering extra protection for fragile items, yet no warranty details are specified—potentially a concern for commercial buyers.
Pros:- Huge quantity suitable for multiple projects
- High-quality, soft, and acid-free material
- Versatile for gift wrapping, craft, and storage

The acid-free quality and versatile size make it a good choice for gift wrapping, crafts, and decoration, especially for those seeking an environmentally conscious option. Compared with the NEBURORA Kraft Wrapping Tissue Paper of 100 sheets, this pack provides more quantity but may require additional cutting or folding for specific projects. The monochrome Kraft look limits color variety but enhances a natural aesthetic.

Compared with the 500-sheet Kraft pack from B0CBCC44S4, this offers a smaller volume but perhaps better for detailed or smaller projects. The high-quality, soft, yet durable tissue makes it suitable for various occasions, from parties to weddings. The lack of detailed packaging info can be a concern for bulk buyers seeking organized storage, but the material’s toughness compensates for many craft needs.
Pros:- Large quantity for multiple projects

- Versatile for wrapping, decorating, and crafts
Cons:- No specific packaging or storage instructions
- Limited color options—only kraft brown
Best for: DIY enthusiasts and event decorators seeking flexible, high-quality kraft tissue for multiple projects

How We Picked
To evaluate these products, I focused on factors most relevant to bulk tissue paper buyers: quality of the recycled material, sheet durability, variety of colors and sizes, overall value for money, and ease of use. I compared the sheet counts and sizes to assess longevity and practicality, while also considering customer reviews for durability and eco-friendliness. The ranking reflects a blend of affordability, versatility, and the ability to meet different crafting or gift-wrapping needs. Products with a clear balance of quality and cost earned higher positions, while those with limited options or lower durability ranked lower.Factors to Consider When Choosing Recycled Tissue Paper Bulk Tissue Paper
Choosing the right recycled tissue paper bulk pack involves several key considerations beyond just price. Understanding these factors can help you select options that match your intended use, whether for gift wrapping, crafts, or special events. Prioritizing quality, eco-friendliness, and sheet size ensures your purchases are both sustainable and practical. Recognizing common pitfalls, like overpaying for low-quality sheets or buying too few for your needs, can save money and improve results.Material Quality and Recyclability
Recycled tissue paper should be made from high-quality, sustainable fibers that won’t tear easily or shed during use. Look for certifications or product descriptions that specify recycled content and eco-friendly manufacturing processes. Cheaper options often skimp on quality, leading to frustration and waste. Prioritizing durable, well-made sheets ensures your wrapping or crafts stay intact and look professional, especially when handling larger or heavier items.
Sheet Size and Quantity
Common sheet sizes range from 14×20 inches to 20×30 inches. Larger sheets offer more versatility, particularly for wrapping bigger gifts or creating crafts with fewer seams. However, they often come at a higher cost. Consider your typical use cases: if you need lots of small pieces for stuffing or decorating, a pack with a high sheet count might be more economical. Balancing sheet size with quantity helps avoid waste and ensures you have enough for your projects.
Color Range and Variety
Some bulk packs focus on a limited palette, ideal for specific themes, while others offer a broad spectrum, perfect for diverse projects. Think about your main color preferences and whether you value variety for seasonal or event-specific uses. Multi-color packs tend to be more expensive but reduce the need for multiple purchases. If uniformity is important, monochrome or natural kraft options might be better, especially for rustic or understated designs.
Price and Value
Price per sheet or per pack can vary significantly. Cheaper options might seem attractive but often sacrifice durability or eco-friendliness. Conversely, premium packs with higher quality fibers and larger sheets tend to last longer and perform better in wrapping or crafting. Focus on the overall value: a slightly higher upfront cost might result in better results and less waste over time. Comparing sheet counts and material quality helps clarify the real value of each option.
Ease of Use and Maintenance
Look for tissue paper that’s easy to handle, fold, and cut without tearing or shedding excessively. Thicker sheets are more durable but can be harder to manipulate for delicate wrapping. Consider whether the paper is compatible with your tools and whether it maintains its color and texture after handling or storage. Well-packaged bulk options that include resealable or organized packaging can save time and frustration during projects.
Frequently Asked Questions
What size recycled tissue paper should I buy for gift wrapping?
Choosing the right size depends on the gifts you plan to wrap. Standard sizes like 14×20 inches are versatile for small to medium items, while larger sheets like 20×30 inches accommodate bigger or more irregularly shaped gifts. Larger sheets reduce the need for multiple seams, creating a cleaner presentation. Consider the typical size of your gifts or crafts and select a pack that offers enough coverage without excess waste.
Is natural kraft tissue paper more eco-friendly than colored options?
Natural kraft tissue paper is generally more eco-friendly because it often contains fewer dyes and chemicals, and its recycled content is higher. It’s ideal for rustic, minimalist, or eco-conscious themes. However, colored tissue papers can be recycled as well if they are dye-free or made from eco-friendly dyes. The key is to check for certifications or product details that confirm recycled content and environmentally safe manufacturing processes.
How do I prevent recycled tissue paper from tearing during use?
Choosing thicker, higher-quality sheets made from durable recycled fibers can significantly reduce tearing. Handle the tissue gently, especially when folding or stuffing, and avoid overstuffing or applying excessive pressure. Cutting with sharp scissors rather than tearing by hand can produce cleaner edges and reduce waste. Reading product reviews for durability can also guide you toward more resilient options.
Can I use recycled tissue paper for food-related gifts or crafts?
Yes, but only if the tissue paper is labeled as food-safe or suitable for wrapping edible items. Many recycled tissue papers are intended for decorative or gift purposes and may contain dyes or chemicals not safe for contact with food. Always check the product specifications and certifications. When in doubt, opt for natural kraft or uncolored options, which are less likely to contain harmful substances.
What is the best way to store bulk tissue paper to keep it in good condition?
Store tissue paper in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading or warping. Keep it in its original packaging or in a large, sealed container to protect it from moisture and dust. Flattening sheets and stacking them neatly avoids creases and tears. Proper storage ensures your tissue paper remains crisp, colorful, and easy to use when needed.
Conclusion
For those seeking the best overall quality, Jillson Roberts Bulk Recycled Tissue Paper offers a balanced mix of durability, color variety, and eco-friendliness, making it ideal for frequent use and professional projects. Budget-conscious buyers will appreciate the value in packs like Party Solids White Tissue Paper, which provide high sheet counts at lower prices. Beginners or casual users might prefer simpler options like NEBURORA Kraft Wrapping Tissue Paper for its straightforward natural look. For those with specific craft or gift themes, natural kraft or multicolor packs can help achieve the desired aesthetic. Ultimately, selecting the right product depends on your intended use, budget, and preference for eco-friendly materials.
